We have engaged the services of a local management company that will

with any queries you may have. They are very friendly and professional and
will ensure that the villa, pool and gardens are maintained to the highest
of
standards. |

As this is a new villa, is there still building work going on in the
area? |

No, ours was the last property to be completed, so you can rest assured
that
you will not be disturbed by any construction work. |

How private is the pool area? |
|
We have selected one of the most private plots in Cumbrian Lakes.
Therefore
the villa backs directly onto a wooded conservation area and is not
overlooked.
Because the plot is a cheese-wedge shape, we are not directly overlooked
by
our nextdoor neighbours either. |

Which direction does the pool face and how big is it? |
|
The pool is south-facing. It is 27 feet long with an additional raised
spa. |

Are there steps into the pool for easy access? |
|
Yes, there are 3 shallow steps. |

What is available at the villa for babies? |
|
We have a cot (travel cot style), a highchair and a stroller. |

Is the kitchen fully equipped? |
|
Yes, you should have everything you need to cook a meal. |

Is there a Barbeque at the villa? |
|
Yes, we have purchased a stainless steel gas barbeque which is available
for
your use. We request that all guests ensure that it is cleaned at the end
of
their holiday ready for the next visitors. |

Do you supply bedding and towels? |
|
Yes, each bed will be ready-made for you when you arrive and there are
plenty
of towels including pool towels) available. The villa has a washing
machine
and dryer for you to use during your stay. |
